         dream home.

(7) Arrange for home inspection:

         Just for piece of mind,  to find  

         common problems; such as - -

         wiring, foundations, roof

         condition, well and septic.

(8)  Close:

          Complete all mortgage forms,

          and other paper work required

          by the government, and bank. 

          Buy home insurance.

(9)  Prepare to live in your new 

       Home:

          Change name and address;

          Utility - - Phone - - Post Office -

          Banks, Driver License,  School

          enrollment, subscriptions, family,

          friends, credit cards - - - etc. 

          Change locks and keys
